Raw Material Inspection
Virgin PET resin is rigorously tested for intrinsic viscosity, moisture content, and purity -- meeting RoHS & REACH standards before entering production.
Drying & Pre-Treatment
PET pellets are dried at precise temperatures (160-180ยฐC) for 4-6 hours, reducing moisture to below 50 ppm to prevent hydrolysis during molding.
Precision Injection Molding
60+ automated injection molding machines with ยฑ0.1mm precision. Controlled melt temperature, injection speed, and cooling cycles ensure consistent wall thickness.
Quality Control & Inspection
100% factory inspection on every unit -- weight, dimensions, clarity, and neck thread accuracy. ISO 9001 AQL sampling applied to every production batch.
Custom Coloring & Branding
Masterbatch colorants are precisely dosed and blended. Custom colors matched to Pantone standards, along with OEM/ODM mold design, give your brand a distinct identity.
Packaging & Global Export
